The room was clean, modern, and spacious with an efficient layout and ample storage. The location was great, close to BTS and convenient for exploring Bangkok. Staff were friendly, professional, and provided exceptional service throughout the stay. Facilities included a quiet pool area during nighttime hours. Breakfast offered Western options but was somewhat repetitive.
